Dental Implants for Patients Across the Diamond Bar Area
Our office is at 646 N Diamond Bar Blvd in Diamond Bar, CA 91765. Patients also come to us from Walnut, West Covina, Azusa and Hacienda Heights, all within roughly 13 to 18 minutes by car.
Below you'll find how far each city is and which roads most people take. Drive times are approximate, so allow extra time for traffic. Each city name links to a page with more detail for people coming from there.
Which cities do implant patients come from?
Besides Diamond Bar itself, the four nearby cities we hear from most are:
If you live in one of these cities, or somewhere in between, a consultation here is a short drive. Implant treatment happens in stages, and most of those visits are quick check-ins with your dentist. A nearby office makes it easier to keep every appointment.
Implants here are placed by Dr. Cho or Dr. Jeon. You can read about both on our doctors page.
How to get to Diamond Bar from each city
Distances are in a straight line. Drive times are estimates for the usual route.

- From [Azusa](/areas/azusa/): 9.1 miles, about 18 minutes by car via I-210 E and CA-57 S.
- From [Hacienda Heights](/areas/hacienda-heights/): 9.6 miles, about 16 minutes by car via CA-60 E.
Walnut is the closest of the four. Azusa is the longest drive of the group, at about 18 minutes. For turn-by-turn directions and a map, see our consultation and directions page.
Planning your visits around our hours
We're open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. We're closed on Saturday and Sunday.
Friday is a half day, so if you're coming from Azusa or another longer drive, a Monday-to-Thursday slot may be easier to fit around the rest of your day.
Implant treatment is a two-part process. A titanium root is placed in the jawbone, and then the implant needs six weeks to several months to fuse with the bone. If your bone needs rebuilding first, a bone graft adds a separate step. Your consultation will set out what applies to you. You can see the usual stages on our treatment process page.
Insurance and what to ask before you drive over
We accept all PPO insurance plans. Whether your plan covers implants, and how much, depends on the plan, so our insurance page is a good place to start. You can also call us with your plan details before you come in.
If you're comparing costs, our cost page explains what goes into an implant treatment plan. The number of implants and the type of replacement tooth or teeth placed on them both matter.
The simplest next step is a call. We'll answer your questions and help you find a time that works with your drive.
