有哪些种植方案可以选择？

缺牙的数量和位置不同，适合的方案也不同。下面是常见的几种方向，更多比较见种植牙类型比较，最终方案以检查结果为准。

  • 单颗缺牙：一颗种植体替换一颗缺失的牙。
  • 多颗缺牙：可以用两三颗种植体支撑牙桥。诊所介绍，这比传统固定牙桥更具成本效益。
  • 整排牙齿缺失：All-on-4 是在上颌、下颌或上下两颌各植入四颗种植体，再固定一整套假牙。主要条件是骨量足够。
  • 骨量不足：可能需要先做植骨，再进行种植。

种植牙的流程大致是怎样的？

首次检查时，医生会评估您可用的骨量，并判断植骨是否合适。骨量不足时，种植体可能无法与骨头结合，治疗可能失败，所以这一步很重要。

种植牙分两个阶段。先把钛制人工牙根手术植入颌骨，上面盖一个愈合帽，避免牙龈长到种植体上。之后需要六周到数个月，让种植体与颌骨结合。如果需要先植骨，完全恢复通常约需两到四个月。

Her extensive training helps treat patients in need of surgical extractions, laying flap, suturing, and post-operative root canals. Dr. Jeon also performs molar implant surgeries as well as treating patients with removable/fixed partial and complete dentures.

He aims to provide truly comprehensive care as a general dentist with the goal of treating his patients with respect and high-quality dental care with a personal touch.
